I had a very bad experience with Digitek and their refund/return policy. The product I received was defective / not as described, and when I tried to return it, the process was extremely complicated and frustrating. The customer support was unhelpful, kept delaying responses, and did not provide clear solutions.

Even after multiple follow-ups, I did not get a proper resolution, and the refund took much longer than promised / was never processed. For a brand that claims to value its customers, this was the worst service I have ever experienced.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing Digitek products if you expect a smooth return or refund process.
