Cancellation Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

At www.digitek.net.in, we are committed to maintaining transparency and providing a customer-friendly experience.

Steps for Cancellation

  • Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
  • Select the relevant order and submit a cancellation request.
  • For assistance, contact 1800-123-544-444 or email support@digitek.net.in.

Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch and must be raised through the official complaint portal. In case of any technical issue with the automated process, customers must report it immediately through the same portal.

For same-day delivery orders, cancellation is allowed only if the request is submitted on the same day and before dispatch.

Products purchased under special offers, promotional schemes, or discounted deals are not eligible for cancellation or return. In exceptional cases, a credit note equivalent to the invoice value may be issued, valid for 15 days and redeemable only against products of the same value.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

In rare circumstances, customers may receive a damaged, defective, missing, incorrect, or previously used product. Digitek will assist strictly in accordance with the policy outlined below.

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video.

Conditions for Approved Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for transit damage or manufacturing defects.
  • Returns and refunds are processed only after verification of the product and submitted videos.
  • Product must be returned with the original invoice, labels, and price tags.
  • Transit damage must be reported within 24โ€“48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified.

Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5โ€“7 working days after verification.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.

Returns due to non-acceptance or RTO are not permitted. Applicable refunds will incur a flat โ‚น100 fee or the actual shipping cost (whichever is higher), plus payment gateway charges.
