i received the product today ( 28-09-21 ).. sturdy.. heavy.. even you can use for safety😀.. not so smooth functioning but ok..no issues.. but one thing is that some part was broken and you delivered the same.. missing piece was not in that .. it means they shipped like that only.. no any damage in transit.. as it was not a big issue and no any problem to use that I'm not gonna return or replace.. but Amazon should think once again .. thank you 🙏
