Terms & Conditions – Digitek Creator Suite

The Digitek Creator Suite is an initiative by Digitek, designed to nurture and empower the next generation of creators, influencers, and storytellers. This program is part of Digitek’s long-term vision to build a scalable ecosystem where aspiring and emerging creators get an opportunity to experience professional studio exposure, cutting-edge Digitek Gears, and real-world content creation environments-all under one roof.

Through this platform, creators can experiment, learn, and create in a fully equipped studio space, supported by the guidance of the Digitek team. The aim is to provide a space that inspires innovation, fuels creativity, and helps overcome the technical barriers often faced by content creators. By offering hands-on experience with industry-grade gear and access to expert assistance, Digitek aims to make professional-grade content creation accessible, achievable, and empowering for everyone.

1. Inclusions

Creators participating in the Digitek Creator Suite program will receive:

  • Access to Digitek Gears: Hands-on experience with professional photography, videography, and lighting equipment.
  • Studio Exposure: Opportunity to shoot, create, and explore content inside a fully equipped Digitek studio setup.
  • Technical Guidance: One Digitek assistant will be available to guide and assist with technical queries or gear operations during the session.

2. Exclusions

  • Model/Participants: Creators are responsible for arranging their own models, subjects, or participants if required for their shoot.
  • Premises Restriction: All Digitek gears provided can only be used within the studio premises. Outdoor usage is strictly prohibited.

Session Timelines: Each creator must complete their shoot within the allocated studio time. Extension of time is subject to availability and prior approval from the Digitek team.

3. Responsibility & Damages

  • Creators are expected to handle all Digitek gears and equipment with utmost care.
  • In case of any damage, mishandling, or loss of Digitek equipment, the creator shall be liable to reimburse the full amount of the damaged or lost item as determined by the brand.

Digitek reserves the right to restrict future access or participation for any creator who violates the guidelines or mishandles equipment.

4. Conduct & Compliance

  • Creators must follow all instructions provided by the Digitek team during their session.
  • Any form of misconduct, negligence, or non-compliance may lead to immediate termination of the session.
  • Content shot within the Digitek Creator Suite must align with community and brand standards; inappropriate or offensive content is strictly prohibited.

5. Rights & Usage

  • Digitek reserves the right to capture behind-the-scenes content or photographs during sessions for marketing and promotional use.

By participating, creators consent to the brand’s use of such content across digital and social platforms.

6. Confirmation & Access

  • Applications will be shortlisted based on the idea, planning, and potential to create meaningful content.
  • Only shortlisted creators will receive confirmation and scheduled studio access.

The decision of the Digitek team shall be final and binding.

7. General Terms

  • Digitek reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Creator Suite program at any time without prior notice.

Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
