Terms & Conditions:
  • Participants must be aged between 18-30 years on the date of contest.
  • Participants Instagram accounts must be set to public.
  • Participants should provide valid identification for age and residency verification.
  • Contestants must submit accurate information during registration, false information may lead to disqualification.
  • This contest is valid in India only (entries from contestants residing and citizen of India only).
  • Ensure you follow all the criteria mentioned above, incomplete entries may not be considered.
  • All decisions taken by Digitek Management shall be final and binding on all and no individual or group or contestant can challenge these decisions. No contestant shall claim any right or privilege etc., by participating in the process. Digitek Management reserves right to reject any entry and participation of any contestant on any ground as deemed fit by the Digitek Management.
  • The contest is subject to Indian laws, and any disputes or issues shall be subject matter of jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only and exclusively.
Contest Rules:
1.Entry Submission
  • All entries must be the original content created by participant on Instagram.
  • Each participant can submit only one entry per category. More than one entry in a category shall be liable to cancellation of the entry for that category.
  • All entries must be submitted through the official contest form by 18th February, 2025 by 11 PM only.
  • Entries submitted after the deadline shall not be considered.
2.Content Guidelines
  • Content must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material.
  • Content must align with the theme of the contest.
3.Winner Selection
  • Participant will be selected based on creativity, originality, and adherence to contest guidelines.
  • There will be only one winner: "Digitek Creator of the Year".
  • The decision of the judging panel as selected by the Digitek Management shall be final and cannot be appealed or challenged.
4.Prizes
  • Hampers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
  • Winners must claim their prize within 15 days of being notified. Failure to do so shall result in the prize being forfeited.
5.Management’s Decision
  • All decisions related to the contest shall be taken by the Digitek Management.
6.Location & Participation Dates
  • The final contest will take place in Goa.
  • Participants must agree to participate between 1st March to 6th March, 2025, otherwise, they will no longer be part of the contest.
7.Independent Participation
  • Family members, guardians, or accompanying persons of contestants shall not be allowed during the final event.
8.Health Requirements
  • All participants must be in good health and should be able to participate in the contest without any medical concerns.
  • The organizer is not responsible for any health-related issues if a participant has pre-existing medical conditions.
  • Basic health insurance will be provided for all crew members and participants during the event.
9.Usage Rights
  • By entering the contest, participants grant the organizers the right to use, reproduce, and display their contents / submissions for promotional purposes, both online and offline.
  • By entering the contest, participants grant the organizers right to use, reproduce and display audio and visual contents of the content of contestants and also of the contest.
  • The organizers will give credit to the creators of the content, where possible when using their content.
10.Disqualification
  • Entries that violate copyright laws or do not follow the contest rules will be disqualified.
  • Any unethical practices to manipulate the voting/judging process will result in disqualification.
  • Failure to adhere to the rules, inappropriate or offensive behavior, or attempts to interfere with other participants or judges will result in disqualification.
  • A contestant may be disqualified if they engage in any act or conduct deemed inappropriate, unethical, disruptive, or otherwise unbecoming of a contestant. This includes behavior that violates the event’s rules, regulations, or the spirit of fair competition. The Digitek Management reserves the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate conduct and to take necessary action, including disqualification, to maintain the integrity and decorum of the event.
11.Privacy
  • Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for contest purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
12.Agreement to Rules
  • By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by all contest rules and decisions made by the organizers.
13.Age Verification
  • Contestants shall be required to provide proof of age through a government-authorized document.
14.Originality & Intellectual Property
  • Entries must be the participant’s original work and must not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
  • If the organizer is not notified of any infringement, the participant will be solely responsible for any consequences.
  • The organizer is indemnified from any liability arising from such breaches or infringements by the participant.
15.Multiple Entries
  • Multiple entries will lead to disqualification.
16.Contest Communication
  • All contest-related updates, including announcements of winners, will be communicated via [WhatsApp, Social media, Email, or Website].
  • Participants are responsible for checking these platforms regularly for updates.
17.Liability
  • The contest organizers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the contest or from the acceptance or use of the prize.
  • Participants are themselves responsible for arranging their travel, boarding, lodging etc. in order to participate in the contest.
18.Tax Implications
  • Any tax obligations related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
19.Jurisdiction
  • The contest is subject to the laws and regulations of India, and any disputes or issues shall be subject matter of jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only and exclusively.
20.Code of Conduct
  • Participants are expected to maintain respectful communication throughout the contest period. Any inappropriate behaviour, such as harassment or discrimination, will result in immediate disqualification.
21.Contest Cancellation or Changes
  • If unforeseen circumstances arise, the contest organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time. In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible.
22.Alternate Selection
  • If a participant is unable to participate for any reason, the organizers reserve the right to select an alternate candidate from the list of runners-up to fill the position.
23.Requirements for "Creator of the Year" Contest:
  • Participants must be professionally trained in photography, as well as in shooting and editing reels.
  • Final edits of the photos and reels must be submitted within 10 days after the Battle concludes.
  • Participants must bring their personal digital camera.
  • If a participant does not have a camera, they must select their preferred camera model, which the organizers will arrange.
  • All other accessories such as tripods, lights, gadgets, and additional equipment will be provided by the Digitek team.
  • All content created during the contest shall remain the property of the organizers and may be used for promotion—online, offline, or through any other medium—for lifetime.
