Best budget option

Product is good but i got glass broken in corner. I didn't request for replace as i didn't made any unboxing video as per digitek rules. As i had past experience in such thing with this brand.

This is a straight-up scam.

While placing the order you did not tell me to make a video while opening the product when it is delivered. I received the order today and when I opened it after 2 hours of receiving the order, I found that the product was in a broken condition.

Now I'm being told to send a video of myself opening the parcel. Once the parcel has been opened, and every time I've received a parcel, I've been receiving online deliveries for the past 20 years.I haven't made a video before, so why would I make one today when you didn't even direct me? This is a straight-up scam.

Please take back my damaged product and send me a new one in perfect condition. ₹5100 means a lot to me and I will definitely pursue legal action.And I will also use social media sometime to make people aware about this fraud watch.

ये टेलीप्रांपटर लेकर मैं पछता रहा हूं। इसका रिमोट कनेक्ट होने का बाद भी फंक्शनली काम नहीं करता है। बहुत परेशानी होती है। पैसा भी गया काम भी करता है। जब डिलीवरी हुई तो शीशा और रिमोट 5400 का बहुत महंगा लगा। ये लोग रिटर्न भी नहीं करते है। बकवास चाइनीज आइटम बेचते है।

Your remote doesn’t work and it’s a waste of money !! I would not recommend anyone to buy your product when you’re charging so much more for a product that has cheap built quality and highly priced
