I don't why is not working properly but when I take this review far batter but it's not up to the mark

It was totally dreadful experience with you.

I purchase above product 2 month ago. It is very bad and third class product. I use C2C type cable. Hanging of cable is very big problem. You have to carry cable with mobile phone in hand. Quality of product is very bad. It stop recording middle of the recording. Mostly time noise cancellation not work in open area. Receiver or transmiter itself produce noice in recording. Never purchase. Wastage of money. Due to this product I spoiled some Vlog. It's not digitek but headache.

Friends, please think twice before buying Digitek products.
Their service is extremely poor — no matter how many times you complain, they will just reply by email, close tickets without solving the main issue, and never call you back.

I bought their microphone (Order ID: 89637), which turned out to be defective. The audio was unclear, it overheated, and stopped working intermittently. Even after sharing videos, photos, and all details, no return or replacement was initiated.

Their customer care simply says “sir, please mail us” and does not provide any actual solution.
This is the worst experience of my life with such a big company. My money is wasted, and I don’t want other customers to face the same.

Don’t fall for “cheap price” traps — service matters more than cost.

Message to the owner of Digitek: Your team is not listening to customers. Please take responsibility and improve your service before more customers lose trust in your brand.
