Extremely Unprofessional Service & Delayed Delivery – Very Disappointed

I recently placed an order (Order ID: 89797) for a Digitek DSL-30W RGB Portable Handheld RGB LED Light Wand. The delivery date was clearly mentioned as 8th August 2025, but without any proper communication, it has been delayed to 9th August 2025.

I had specifically provided my office address for delivery to ensure I could receive the package on time. However, due to this delay, there is now a risk that I won’t be available to collect it. This is highly unprofessional for a company that claims to offer timely delivery.

To make matters worse, the customer support experience has been frustrating. They provided me with a phone number for assistance, but despite multiple call attempts, no one answers the phone. I even tried contacting them through WhatsApp, but only received automated responses without any real resolution to my issue.

This shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy of answering calls and providing a clear delivery status.
If Digitek cannot deliver products on time or respond to genuine concerns, they should not commit to fixed delivery dates in the first place.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will think twice before ordering from Digitek again. I hope the company takes immediate steps to improve their delivery timelines, communication, and customer service standards, because right now, this is unacceptable.
