I received a product that clearly wasn’t new — it had multiple scratches and the mobile holder was damaged right out of the box. This kind of service is very disappointing. I expected a brand-new, functional item, not a used and broken one.
I was extremely disappointed to receive a secondhand item instead of a new one. The product had visible scratches all over, and the mobile holder was completely damaged. This is unacceptable and not what I expected from a trusted brand.
I received a damaged phone holder, and to my surprise, I was asked to pay the delivery amount even after receiving a defective product. If you're delivering damaged items, what’s the point of the service? It feels like this is being done intentionally. I had trusted Digitek as a reputed brand, but this experience has been disappointing. It’s unfortunate to see even established brands engaging in such practices.
