I ordered the product on the 1st of August, and it was supposed to reach on the 11th. 11 days is a ridiculously amount of time at this day and age but I was okay with it because I didn’t have my shoot until 13th. But the product reached my door step only the 15th. The customer care gets zero credit, I called them multiple times about it and also told them keep me on the loop after speaking to the delivery partner but absolutely not, got no communication from them. So I ordered a different softbox and got it delivered in 2 days. The product itself might be good but if you don’t get it to the customer on time with already having such a long shipping time, then it bad.
